1. Hybrid Symposium Best of ASCO® 2025 Bulgaria
Symposium Best of ASCO® 2025 Bulgaria is a licensed overview of the best of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) 2025 Annual Congress.
The symposium is an initiative of the Bulgarian Joint Cancer Network (BJCN), which is the official organizer of the event.
The symposium is intended for researchers and hospital physicians involved in fundamental, translational and practical issues of clinical oncology, covering all types of solid tumors and hematological malignancies in adults and children – pathologists, molecular biologists, medical geneticists, oncological surgeons, medical oncologists, pediatric oncohematologists, radiation therapists, nuclear medicine physicians, radiologists, oncopsychologists, palliative care physicians, laboratory physicians, public health specialists and medical oncological nurses.
The official language of the symposium is Bulgarian. Simultaneous interpretation will not be provided.
The symposium is being held in a hybrid format, including the option of physical participation in a real conference center and/or virtual participation via a digital streaming platform. Physical participation also includes use of the digital platform.
You require a valid electronic or on-site registration for physical participation.
You require a valid electronic registration, good internet connection, computer or another device.
The symposium offers a complete physical or virtual experience with options for participation and engagement in every aspect of the event, including:
– Access to the physical/virtual conference hall and all presentations, including their video recordings after the end of the event
– Participation in physical / virtual discussions
– Access to the virtual exhibition hall
– Participation certificate
All presentations will be available on the platform as video recordings one week after the end of the symposium
2. Registration for physical participation
The registration fee includes physical and virtual access:
- Early registration – made and paid by June 27 2025: 420 BGN (incl. VAT)
- Late registration – from June 28 2025: 600 BGN (incl. VAT)

⇒ Onsite registration: July 18 – 19 2025
The registration fee includes physical and virtual participation with access to: the physical and virtual conference halls and all presentations from the scientific program and company symposia, delegate program, virtual company exhibition stands in the virtual exhibition hall, participation in physical and online discussions, dinners, lunches and coffee breaks (according to the event agenda).
You can register for physical participation by July 11 through the Symposium’s digital platform.

If you missed the initial online registration for physical participation (deadline July 11), you can register on site at the Symposium Registration Desk in the Millennium Conference Center, which will be open from 10:00 a.m. on July 18, 2025.
A delegate, pre-registered for virtual participation, may register on-site for physical participation by paying the registration fee specified in 2.1.
If you wish to cancel your registration, you can receive a 100% refund upon cancellation until 24:00 on June 20, 2025. Any cancellation must be requested by the specified deadline via email to: [email protected]
In the event of an epidemic ban on the physical holding of the event, the amount will be refunded 100%.
The bank transfer processing fee is non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel your registration after June 20, 2025, the paid registration fee is non-refundable.
3. Registration for virtual participation
Registration for virtual participation only is free and can be completed until the end of the scientific forum (see Agenda)
Registration includes access to: the virtual conference hall and all presentations from the scientific program and company symposia, virtual company exhibition stands in the virtual exhibition hall and participation in online discussions.

You will receive a password to access the stream the day before the symposium – July 17 2025.

4. Hotel accommodation
Requesting Hotel accommodation is only available after a valid (paid) registration for physical participation.
You can make a reservation for accommodation through the Symposium’s digital platform. In order to reserve and receive more information, please click Accommodation

- Single room: 325 BGN (incl. VAT)
- Double room: 375 BGN (incl. VAT)
Reservation deadline: July 11 2025
Accommodation reservation on-site can be requested through the Registration Desk in the Conference Center after a valid (paid) registration fee and is subject to room availability.
The price of hotel accommodation includes an overnight stay with breakfast, BB, resort fee, internet and parking.
- The reservation is valid for 3 working days, during which the reservation must be paid. If this condition is not met, the reservation is automatically cancelled, without any warning from the event organizers.
- The reservation for hotel accommodation is valid only after filling in and sending the “Registration” form and paying for its full value.
If no information for a successfully paid registration fee is received by 3 working days, after a reservation request has been made, it is automatically cancelled.
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can receive a 100% refund upon cancellation until 24:00 on June 20, 2025. Any cancellation must be requested by the specified deadline via email to: [email protected]
- If you wish to cancel your reservation after June 20, 2025, the reservation fee paid is non-refundable.
- In the event of an epidemic ban on physically holding the conference, the amount will be refunded 100%.
- When canceling a reservation, the bank transfer processing fee is not refundable.
5. Scientific agenda

The Symposium Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the scientific program until June 20, 2025.
6. Participation certificate
Your delegate certificate will be available after the symposium closes. You will receive a link to view it in your registration email and the certificate can be downloaded from there.
