Accommodation is a step that follows only after the completed (paid) registration for physical participation.
The accommodation offer is the Millennium Hotel
The reservation is personal and excludes group requests.
Deadline for electronic reservation: July 11, 2025
On-site accommodation could be arranged through the Registration Desk in the Conference Center after the completed (paid) registration fee and subject to availability of rooms.
Terms
- The accommodation reservation is valid for 3 working days, during which period the actual payment must be made. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the reservation being automatically cancelled without warning by the organizer.
- The accommodation reservation is valid only after completing and submitting the “Registration for Physical Participation” form and paying the full amount.
- If information about the paid registration fee is not received within 3 working days after making an accommodation reservation, the reservation is automatically canceled.
Reservation cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can receive a 100% refund upon cancellation until 24:00 on June 20, 2025. Any cancellation must be requested by the specified deadline via email to: [email protected]
- If you wish to cancel your reservation after June 20, 2025, the reservation fee paid is non-refundable.
- When canceling a reservation, the bank transfer processing fee is not refundable.
