There are two types of registration – for virtual access and for physical participation

1. Registration for virtual access is free and can be made until the end of the scientific forum’s agenda
2. Registration for physical participation is paid  and includes virtual access:

Early registration – by 27 June 2025 : 420 BGN (incl. VAT)
Late registration – from 28 June 2025: 600 BGN (incl. VAT)

• deadline for late electronic registration: 11 July 2025
• onsite registration: 18 – 19 July 2025

   

If you wish to cancel your registration, you can receive a 100% refund for cancellations made by 24:00 on June 20, 2025. Any cancellation must be requested by the specified deadline via email to: [email protected]

In the event of an epidemic ban on the physical holding of the conference, the amount will be refunded 100%.

The bank transfer processing fee is non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your registration after June 20, the paid registration fee is non-refundable.
